Every piece that leaves our store is stamped with its gold purity (10k, 14k, or 18k) and weighed in front of you before it's handed over. What you see on the scale is what you pay for.

Lifetime cleaning and resizing

Every piece bought from Mel Jewelry 2 gets free professional cleaning and size adjustments for life. Just bring it in — no appointment or receipt needed.

14-day returns

In-stock pieces (not custom) can be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition and with the receipt. See the deposits and refunds page for the process.

Custom pieces

Once production starts on a custom piece, the order is final — it was made specifically for you and can't be resold. That's why we ask for a 50% deposit up front, not 100%.
