How much does a custom piece cost?

It depends on the weight of the gold, the karat, and the labor. A simple 10k nameplate starts lower than most people expect; a heavy 14k Cuban link is a different conversation. That's why we quote for free and break the price out: gold, labor, and stones listed separately.

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Most pieces are done in two to four weeks from the day the deposit is paid. Simple nameplates can be faster. If you need it by a date, tell us up front and we'll say honestly whether we can hit it.

Question 3

Do I have to pay everything up front?

Accepted Answer

No. You pay a 50% deposit when you approve the design and the quote, and the other 50% when you pick the piece up.

Question 4

Is the deposit refundable?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within the first 48 hours and as long as we haven't started production. Once the piece has been cast, cut, engraved, or the stones have been ordered, the deposit isn't refundable, because it covers materials and labor already committed. We message you the day production starts.

Can you copy a piece I saw on Instagram?

Accepted Answer

We can build something inspired by what you show us and adapt it to your budget and your size. We don't copy trademarked brands or other companies' logos.

Can I use my own gold?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bring in your old pieces, we weigh and evaluate them in front of you, and credit that value against the total. It's the most common way people bring the cost of a big piece down.
